Annie's Book Stop of Worcester

The little bookstore that's bigger on the inside

Happy June, everybody! Thank you everyone who stopped into our Literary Genre Trivia this Sunday and tested their Science Fiction knowledge. Also, we wave hello to our many writing friends (and staff) at Anthocon this weekend!

In case you’ve missed our newsletters and blogs, this June is looking to be one of our busiest months yet! So, let’s keep this sort-of brief and focus on our events.

(As always, watch our website and Facebook page for even more updates!)

THIS WEEKEND! Friday, June 5, 7:00-9:00 PM

Help us welcome back Sharon Lee and Steve Miller as they return to ABSW with their latest adventure in the Liaden ® Universe, Dragon in Exile.

According to author, Sharon Lee: “The Liaden Universe® is not tidy.  Nor is it a series, exactly.  It’s a Universe.” The stories take place in settings full of interstellar intrigue and follow the adventures of Clan Korval. While the series originated as ebooks over 25 years ago, Lee and Miller have built a wonderful online community of fans that pushed their career into print and continues to grow!

When they started the series, Sharon Lee and Steve Miller re-envisioned space opera by adding romance and family values into their first action-adventure novel, Agent of Change. The Liaden Universe ® now encompasses dozens of short stories and, with Dragon in Exile, eighteen novels.

Please join us for an out-of-this-world event with writing partners (and partners in life) Sharon Lee and Steve Miller!
