Happy (or at least not terribly stressful) holiday shopping season!

We had a spectacular Small Business Saturday with Haverhill House Publishing this past weekend. As we hit December, stress sneaks into our lives–and the lives of our children. Whether it’s holiday planning, end of a school semester, or anything else, this time of year is tough on a lot of people. Being mindful helps.
Join us an afternoon of mindful exercises with author and 20-year mindfulness teacher Whitney Stewart’s MINDFUL KIDS activity deck. We will teach short, simple exercises parents and kids can do any time to calm themselves, give themselves a boost of energy, deal with stressful situations, and more! Leave the event having practiced mindfulness and with tools to continue.
