Happy July!
For those of you looking to beat the heat and support a local, American business—Annie’s Book Stop of Worcester on 65 James Street is OPEN THIS WEDNESDAY, JULY 4 for regular hours (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM). Come in for some air conditioning and Great American Literature (and other great books, too!)
We also have picked up EVEN MORE summer reading titles, so if you’ve got summer reading assignments, come in and see us. We’re regularly picking up more books, so if we happen to be sold out of a title, we can order it for you.
Also, if you know you’ll be traveling and you need a summer reading title—or a new beach read or vacation book—we do have a mail order service. Order a book and we can mail it to you. Find out more about our mail order service here!
We had a most wonderful event this past Wednesday with author, journalist, and columnist Meredith Goldstein, who debuted her first YA novel (which includes some cool Worcester locations!) Chemistry Lessons this year! It was a full house and we sold out, but we have more books in today. Come and check out this fun, unconventional YA romance novel with ties to Worcester.
