Happy Holiday Shopping Guide! Annie’s Book Stop of Worcester, the “bigger on the inside” bookstore at 65 James Street, is happy to present our 2018 recommendations of gifts for the winter holidays.
This can be a stressful and frantic season for many. We at ABSW want to help simplify matters, and are happy to offer two suggestions to ease the headaches of holiday shopping.
- As it says on our website: “Too cold to leave the house? Too hot to leave the house? Recovering from illness, or just too busy to get to the bookstore?…Let us mail your purchases to you!” We do shipping of your ABSW purchases via USPS Media Mail or USPS Priority Mail, anywhere within the United States. The flat rate for Media Mail is $4.50 regardless of whether you are shipping one book or twenty books. The rate for Priority Mail will depend on package weight; please contact us for a quote at 508-796-5613 or at orders dot anniesbooksworcester dot com. IMPORTANT: The shipping deadlines to have parcels arrive by Monday, December 24th are as follows… Monday, December 10th for Media Mail and Monday, December 17th for Priority Mail.
- For those who are local to the bookstore, we offer gift certificates in any denomination. We are more than happy to mail those out, too, for a flat rate of $2.75.
