A tip of the hat today to Paul Allman Siple, five-time Antarctic explorer, better known to Worcesterites for his part in coining the term “wind chill factor” during his time at Clark University.
Despite the snow and the cold temperatures, we had a great time this weekend with author James L. Cambias as he read from Arkad’s World. Autographed copies of this title, as well as his previous books A Darkling Sea and Corsair, are available for in-store purchase and for mail order.
Speaking of autographed titles, we’re starting to put together a list of the books we’ll be stocking at our table at Boskone 56 for the authors and creators presenting there. The program schedule has just been announced and you can find that here. Patty and Selina will be set up in the dealers room during the following hours: Friday 5pm to 8pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm, Sunday 10am to 3pm.
