One last snowy burst in March can’t fool us.  April is nearly here, and with it warmer weather. 

Many thanks to everyone who attended Jason Fregeau’s reading and signing of “The Third Kzin” on Saturday the 23rd.  We had a great time with this debut author.  There are autographed copies of THE MAN-KZIN WARS XV available for purchase or mail order sale.

We are expecting clear skies and temperatures in the 60s for most of this week, which means it’s time to prep our sales carts for display and to roll them out in front of the store each morning.

We have one cart full of beautiful art books, ranging from Edward Hopper to Renaissance treasures to treatises on animation, one cart decked out with educator resources, and a third cart piled high with beach reads and thrillers.  Pricing on these sale books ranges from fifty cents to nine dollars, and store credit may be used on these items to cut your price in half again!

Debbie Macomber Spring Sale and Giveaway!

From Saturday, March 30th through Saturday, April 6th, we’re running a special 70% off sale on our backstock of Debbie Macomber titles, in celebration of her newest non-fiction book. We’ll be kicking off the week’s festivities with an exclusive interview on our blog on Friday, March 29th. Customers who purchase any Debbie Macomber titles will be eligible to enter our raffle to win a autographed copy of BE A BLESSING. Join us for a monthly meeting of fans as we talk about the world’s longest-running science fiction series and its classic and modern incarnations – television, novels, audios, comics, and more. This is a kid-friendly and adult-friendly gathering; all are welcome.
