Annie's Book Stop of Worcester

The little bookstore that's bigger on the inside

We are very familiar with fannish pursuits here at our little bookstore that’s bigger on the inside. While our partner business Mike’s Comics is mostly now known for its British science fiction merchandise, both of the owners at ABSW / Tower Books are long-time comic book fans, as well as fans of other media . Thus we’re happy to present some of this year’s tie-in novels for several different franchises.

  • SHURI: A BLACK PANTHER NOVEL by Nic Stone, the first volume of a trilogy
  • FIRST TEAM by Robbie MacNiven, in the Xavier’s Institute series
  • DOMINO: STRAYS by Tristan Palmgren, part of the Marvel Heroines series
  • The first two novels set in The Legends of Asgard series: THE HEAD OF MIMIR by Richard Lee Byers and THE SWORD OF SURTUR by C. L Werner
  • THE HARROWING OF DOOM by David Annandale, which launches the Marvel: Untold line

Next we have a selection of novels extending the stories told in the franchises DESCENT, ASSASSIN’S CREED, LEGEND OF THE FIVE RINGS, ARKHAM HORROR, and KEYFORGE.

  • THE DOOM OF FALLOWHEARTH by Robbie MacNiven and THE SHIELD OF DAQAN by David Guymer in the DESCENT: JOURNEYS IN THE DARK series
  • GEIRMUND’S SAGA by Matthew J. Kirby, part of ASSASSIN’S CREED: VALHALLA
  • CURSE OF HONOR by David Annandale, POISON RIVER by Josh Reynolds, and THE NIGHT PARADE OF 100 DEMONS by Marie Brennan from LEGEND OF THE FIVE RINGS
  • The ARKHAM HORROR standalone novels WRATH OF N’KAI by Josh Reynolds and MASK OF SILVER by Rosemary Jones
  • TALES FROM THE CRUCIBLE, an anthology of spinoff science fiction stories from KEYFORGE

Explore new worlds and make new friends with these titles, and thank you, as always, for choosing our shelves as your destination.
